Sloxer's element allows him to provoke anyone for a set amount of time. Provocation can cause fear or rage yet the subjects reaction could be random.[i.e: fear = crying, intimidated. rage = destructive, clouded ] After nearly 5 minutes of said provoction, Sloxer will begin to slowly lose
conscious to the stress forced on his mind.[limitation]

Sloxer is a semi-pacifist: he hates to fight but if his life is in danger he'll fight.
